Online support information

The SecureNet Account Management web pages allow you to send a test exam file to your SecureNet account. You can also reset your SecureNet account allowing you to reinstall the SecureNet software on a diferent PC or network.

A wide range of RM SecureNet support documentation can be found within the RM Support Online web site inside the Knowledge Library area.

Telephone support

Support for RM SecureNet is provided by a series of support teams who are geared towards the needs of specific education sectors and IT configurations. The following section will allow you to determine which support team you should contact for RM SecureNet support.

Before contacting any of the support teams please make sure you have noted down any error messages that you may have encountered. Also try and be beside the computer with RM SecureNet installed, as this will speed up the diagnosis and solution finding process.

RM SecureNet is installed on a stand alone PC or a network other than RM Connect.
