If you discover any web sites that you feel are being missed by our
filter lists, then please send an email to:
All you need to do is to copy the URLs (web addresses) of any sites that
you find into the body of your email. In order to help the efficiency of the
filtering service, please could you ensure
the following before submitting URLs for filtering: - * That you have read our filtering policy. * That you have personally checked URLs for syntax
errors and suitability. * That we are not already filtering the URLs. * That you have provided a genuine reply e-mail
address. Please also note that we do not generally
filter the following types of site:
- * games * mobile phones / ringtones * sports * music (except explicit lyrics) Requests to filter any of the above may
not receive a reply. URLs should be placed in the main body of the message
as active links, not as the subject. If
you are unable to make the link active it may be due to a syntax error. A common mistake is miss-typing http://
at the beginning of a URL. IFL
can provide schools with an enhanced Internet filtering service
(RM SafetyNet Plus) which runs alongside RM SafetyNet.
The service is an enhancement to the standard IFL
SafetyNet filtering service. It allows schools to
make their own decisions about which individual web sites may or
may not be accessed and also which
